Our Linwood Properties are all located on historic Linwood Avenue, which runs between Delaware Avenue and Main Street. Conveniently located one block from the metro rail. Linwood Avenue features some of the most beautiful homes in the City of Buffalo.

Our company is proud to own six beautiful buildings on the Avenue ranging from four unit homes to a 64 unit apartment building.
