Our Buffalo State properties are all located within a few blocks from the Buffalo State Campus. They have all been very popular with students and everyone else who enjoys being within walking distance to Elmwood Village, or Buffalo State Campus.
Most offer all of the same amenities of our Elmwood Village locations including hardwood floors, parking, spacious layouts and updated appliances, without the Elmwood pricing.
Parking, coin operated laundry and storage spaces are also available.
The Buffstate area is becoming more attractive to other people who live in the city who are not students.
Our emergency line is answered by a person and not a machine or answering service. We resolve ANY problem you have while you reside in any of our properties.
